Fred is the best! Very knowledgeable and really focuses on the areas that need the most work. Always feel 10 times better when I leave.

Fred is so vital to my health and well being. His therapeutic treatments are just as good as going to the doctor. I think of him as a healer not just a relaxation massage practisioner.
Fred is great and very affordable. Highly recommend!
Fred is a wonderful person and amazing massage therapist. He has helped me so much over the past few years and I'm lucky to have found him. He is also a genuinely kind person and easy to talk to. I highly recommend his services!
